Good Omens is such fun. It was especially fun for me as I grew up Catholic and I think Gaiman and Pratchett do a good job and being silly without being sacriligious...but that is just my opinion. That will probably all make sense once you've read the book.

There are so many great stories in Smoke and Mirrors. Chivalry is my favorite. Snow,Glass,Apples is great. The Price is chilling and good. I love the darkness of The White Road. Lots of goodness in there. A few that were a bit rough, but overall terrific.

I'll be reading my first Bradbury novel, Dandelion Wine, here in a few weeks for the Sci Fi Experience. I'll be looking forward to your Martian Chronicles review.

Happy New Year to you, your hubbie, and your kiddos! I hope you all have a great New Year's Day!!!Carl V. You spend your Christmas money on books, I do it on scrapbooking stuff and stamps and such. Isn't it fun to have an addiction that isn't bad for us? Have fun reading all your new books!Jenniferhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00566436418724659979noreply@blogger.com
