just wondering...

The whole family loves our precious pooch. Technically, Baker is "Gray's dog". But just ask anyone, it is certainly I who adores our canine baby the most.

However, Baker is a daddy's boy. No question about it. If Rich is home, the rest of us seem to not even exist in Baker's world. He seems to merely tolerate the fact that he must share Rich with the rest of us. Sure, we can pet him. We can play with him. We can certainly give him a milk bone. But he always keeps Rich in sight. He follows his daddy from room to room.

Now I can accept his fierce canine loyalty to his "master". For whatever reason, he chose Rich.

But what I want to know is why is it me he wakes up at 3:00am when he needs to go out!

Well, this sounds like our pooch in our house. I do everything I can for my dog, but he's loyal to my husband to the core. I agree with Dawn, he is smart enough not to disturb his master. You, on the other hand, are expendable, LOL!

Great post and he's such a cutie pie!

I think that's why we don't have a pet (other than the fish that is). I always end up doing all the work. I have enough of that already. I would get a dog if it didn't require more out of me!

I agree with the girls...Baker doesn't want to disturb the one he truly loves :)

take care,
Dawn
