I feel like I should write a big post and talk about Max's birth and all my feelings from that time. But I just don't feel like it today. As joyous as it was, it was also a hard time...and today I just want to focus on the blessing that is Max!
He is such a delight! A very rambunctious, unruly delight, but a delight none-the-less!

And not to make light of the NICU (you know I understand the difficulty there), but what a good picture! Ours are all blurry and far away...we don't have a very good record of that time. And as much as I'd like to forget it, I do wish I had some good photos..sometimes it seems like I must have made all of the tubes and wires and machines and misery up.

No, I totally understand what you mean. That was a scary, heart-breaking time for you all, but none-the-less it's a part of your story and a part of Bryn's story. I can definitely understand why you wish you had some good photos! (Of course, at the time "getting some good pictures" is the last thing on your mind, huh?)
