quick question

Well, a lovely gentleman was here and fixed our internet. And it seems to be working just fine. Except for one thing...I can't get Dewey's blog to load. Has anyone else been having problems with it? It's driving me crazy. I miss you, Dewey!

I tried to load Dewey's blog from the link on your blog. It just kept loading and loading and ...

Found somewhere for Baker for next week yet? I am so eager for our little adventure! I told Rich to send me the name of the hotel you guys would be at, and I'll get a room there, too. Oodles of excitement! I also told him to ask Max if I should bring my swords.

There was supposed to be a brief outage, today. Maybe they're working on something and Dewey is the victim. You just never know what Blogger is going to do, next. I couldn't get her blog to load, either.

It worked for me, but it *might* be a browser thing. I've had pages that will load in certain browsers but not in others. Which is just weird, but seemingly true.

Anyway, Debi, I'm visiting because I wanted to let you know about a contest I'm having at Becky's Book Reviews. I'm giving away (4 winners) boxed sets published by Kane/Miller.

Oh sorry! I had two problems that happened close together. First, while I was moving, I had five days of no internet connection. My blog is hosted at home, so at first I thought that would mean no blog for five days, but we just left it set up at the old house and I set things up to post automatically while I was moving. However, at around the same time, there were some hard drive problems, something about compatibility with wordpress? I don't really understand these computery things, but my husband deals with that. Anyway, so some of the posts I set up ahead of time posted, and some didn't.
