bit by the blogging bug

Well, now this family is taking up even more space in the blogosphere. Yep, Gray has now started his own blog. And he is so excited about it! His first post is so very 8-year-old boy. :) I'm hoping I can get him to do a book review now and then...but I'm not holding my breath.

I love Gray's post for so many reasons :D

And it cracked me up that you call Baker "Bacon". I often call my dog Farrusco "Churrasco", which means barbecue :P

I go now to add Gray's blog to the Stevens Family Blog folder under Mozilla on Pinky, my newly arrived traveling companion. I don't want to miss a single installment. I shall also try to blog about Pinky sometime soon, but so many things to keep track of and so little time!!!!

I am laughing SO hard right now. I love how candid 8 year olds can be--my brother is 12 and is starting to censor his thoughts a lot more before speaking (which sometimes for a 12 year old isn't such a bad thing...).

The first pet I am going to talk about is Baker. He is our beagle. When he farts, you have to go to a different room quickly.

that's called a "hook".. GRay is going to be a writer. (a comedy writer! lol)

What a nice post he wrote. I suggested that you find a copy of the book, "Walter the Farting Dog" for him.

Sometimes in my class we have a "natural gas" leak and my assistant and I often say, "I think Walter's come to visit". ☺

take care,
Dawn

Oh my goodness, I'm so impressed! 8 years old and blogging! How I wish certain family members of mine would have been able to blog (or interested in it) at that age. I think it's awesome!

Love the "second time reading it" because he likes it, and the farting dog story! Tell Gray that our dog Beau has been doing that - I've been trying to add in a new dry dog food (mixed with his regular food) and it's making him toot up a storm on a regular basis!

Hi! I have a book to recommend to you. Cat. I'm highlighting it here because a) I know you have a little boy that loves cats and b) it's on my Young Readers blog not Becky's Book Reviews. I wanted to make sure you saw it ;)
