While driving home from preschool today, we passed a dead skunk. Max exclaimed, "I smell Baker!"
Baker is apparently overdue for a bath.

Sometimes it might be important to me, I suppose...but even that's not guaranteed.

Too funny! Does Baker like to get a bath? Our dog HATES baths, indoors or outdoors, he doesn't like them. Give him a creek or lake to jump into, and he's all there. But a water hose or faucet, no way :)
LOL!
That is funny!
But it always seems a chore to me to bathe them....we had a neighbor once that would put their golden in their stand up shower to wash him. It seemed like a pretty good idea!
My husband just gets in the shower with Marburg, our German Shepherd-corgi mix. He says he gets so wet bathing him in the tub that he might as well end up clean, too. When Marburg is clean, I get him out and dry him off, while Blaine cleans himself and the tub/stall. And it's about time to do that all again, now that I think about it.
ROTFL! Yep! Bath time!
That's too funny. Kids never mince words do they? LOL
Holy Camoley ~ you've got quite a bit on your plate, er, bedside table!
I really admire homeschooling mothers. I keep suggesting to Ian that perhaps I should try to homeschool Jacob if kindergarten and first grade don't work out. And can you believe he actually said to me, "You couldn't do it." What the?? I don't think he meant it to be the snide remark that it was, but still!
Each time I smell a skunk, I will have a mental image of Baker ~ that cute stinker!
ps - I'm starting with a little more lighthearted reading these days ~ Chicken Soup for the Mother & Daughter's Soul. :-)
