Menu Plan Monday

As always, a big thank you to Laura for hosting! My family eats much better thanks to her!

On slate for the this week:

*spaghetti/Italian bread (this will be an easy one as I made a super huge batch of spaghetti sauce last week...just need to pull some sauce from the freezer)

*kielbasa & sauerkraut/pierogies/applesauce

*chicken & rice/broccoli/zucchini oatmeal muffins

*turkey reubens (new recipe)/pizza salad/nutty banana shakes for dessert (another new recipe)

*slow cooked salsa beef (hope this turns out...I'm going to try a to adapt a "regular" recipe for use in the crockpot)/cauliflower/homemade rolls

*cheesy potatoes and ham/banana oatmeal muffins (new recipe)/broccoli

*bean burritos/chili cheese puff/wankerflots (which are essentially just refried beans mixed with salsa and topped with chopped red onion and shredded cheddar thrown in the microwave for a few minutes)

Mmm, I love pierogies! I need to get some of those. Haven't had them in forever.

I've never liked Sauerkraut, and I've even eaten it IN Germany too.
