proof of our addiction...

Annie and I certainly have jumped on the reading challenge bandwagon. And I now have photographic proof:

I drug this less-than-lovely shelf unit up from my craft room this morning. With all the weeding out I've been doing down there for the 30 Day Organization Challenge, I don't think I'm going to need it in the craft room anymore. (Yes, I really am still slowly plugging away with the challenge.) I figured it would be a good place to house all the books Annie and I have on our reading challenge lists. (Some of the books for our challenges will come from the library, but these are the ones we already had.) They had totally taken over my nightstand and the top of Annie's chifferobe, so I thought it might be nice to have a place to keep them all. Unfortunately, the living room is really the only place that I could find to put it in our "cozy" little house. Not terribly attractive. But a living room should be for living, right?

That's right ~ I much prefer a house that's *lived in*! :o)

Wow, that's a lot of books to read! But, it looks great, and to me, any room with books is a wonderful cozy place! :)

Forget the books or shelves (for now)--where did you get the quilt? We quilters want to know!

Oh,we really should do that. Right now we have little piles scattered throughout the house. But it's not like that's different from any other time when there's not reading challenges going on :P

My girls are picking their books for the Newberry one and my daughter left Annie a comment on her list :)
