Saturday Photo Scavenger Hunt
I've always enjoyed seeing everyone's entries as I browse blogs over the weekend, so I thought I'd join in on the Saturday Photo Scavenger Hunt this week. This week's topic is RARE.
No, snakes aren't particularly rare around here. And snow definitely isn't rare in these parts. But a snake in the snow...that's a rare sight.

Wow! How the heck is that thing managing? They are cold-blooded and shouldn't be able to do that. Definitely a rare sight!

YIKES! I'm shuddering just thinking about snakes must less seeing it....and I'm wondering why on earth would you get close enough to take a picture! No way would I, be running in the opposite direction, oh yes I would.

Great! Now I can worry about running across snakes in the snow as well as the sun. I took my own snake photo this week, of one of my cats staring down a rather large black snake unhappy at running into a rather curious cat.
Oh, I don't think I'd like to come across that, snow or not!

'Tis a rare sight indeed! Jacob had nightmares last night of Milksnakes being in his bed. And I was dreaming of Pythons the other night. Wonder what all of that is about??
OK, this picture made me shiver... I think more so from the snake than from the snow. I love snow but loathe snakes.... there goes that shiver again.
