Menu Plan Monday

I'm afraid this is another one of those incredibly boring "we're really broke, so we have to eat lots of pasta" weeks. It's a short week as well, because I believe we'll be heading down to my parents next weekend. Still haven't made the Taco Soup that I've had on the menu for the past two weeks, so maybe week three will be the charm, huh?

*spaghetti/Italian bread/salad

*ladle-it-on/bread

*chicken and stove top casserole (a new recipe I found on Eye of the Rainbow's blog, which for some odd reason I can't get to link here even though the recipe would)/cauliflower/muffins (kind yet to be decided)

*taco soup/corn muffins

*chicken sandwiches/fries

As always, a huge thank you to Laura! She's so sweet to host this! Be sure to head over for plenty of yummy menu ideas.

Looks good....lots of times I have those days where I plan something, don't get to it and put it in the menu again several times til I fix it! I might should have put soup in mine this week because it would be easy and I'm so tired at the moment, don't wanna cook!

Great menu, thanks for sharing :)

I find my menu as a base for what I'm cooking, there's days that I either switch meals or carry them on to the next week :)

Still sounds like a lot of good stuff to me, not too much pasta, although I love pasta :) I have been moving things from my menu, from week to week, because I just don't seem to get to everything. Just hang in there!!!

Yeah and ya know what I just noticed (for those of us who get paid on the 1st and 15th)~ it's one of those longer pay periods, too... about 2 1/2 weeks ... ACK!

At least you have motivation to plan this week. Me, well, I'm a sad story over, LOL!
