Enjoy :)

We never tried that one, but with the writers strike, I had actually added the first season to my queue at Netflix. Granted, way down, but still. It looks like one of those shows where you NEED to watch from the beginning, you can't just jump in the middle and pick things up.

Take care Debi!

i haven't seen it yet but know the basic premise. it sounds very interesting indeed!

out of curiosity, how has the show developed. i knew that for a while they didn't know what was going on outside of their own immediate area... does one learn eventually the degree or non-degree of devestation outside of their town?

I never tried that one either, but that might be the only thing that's on right now in the way of real shows! Oh well, Lost still has a few new episodes left so I'm glad about that.

They do. Something like 23 U.S. cities are obliterated with nuclear bombs. And while at first Jericho is pretty much isolated, eventually there is more contact with other towns...not necessarily good. And now we're starting to see a much broader view of the nation. Or perhaps I should say nations, as more than one government is now vying for power. Of course, it's still all seen through the eyes of Jericho and its citizens.

In case you can't tell, I'm totally addicted to this one...can't remember when I've ever loved a show this much. And I swear, it's not just because Skeet Ulrich is so damn hot ;)

I'm just so happy it's back! I hope it stays too.

Hey, Debi, if you have the time, how about doing the non-fiction meme I was tagged for? I'm curious as to what your answers would be.

ooh, that sounds brilliant!!

i think i've been thrown off-guard by this because i was sure there was another series with a similar (or the same) name not too long ago. and so i thought it was that and thought to myself, "well, its too late to get into that now...".

do you know the show i mean? i used to see the ad for it in my comics all the time...! i'm trying to remember who was in it now. and the ad had the same feel as those for "jericho" too.

well, knowing that this is not the show i thought it was, and as its just begun and is about the apocalypse (which i love (as stephanie will tell you)) then i'm definitely going to watch it!

(if nothing else than for skeet ulrich at least...;) )

Oh, thank you! You reminded me to add season 1 to my Blockbuser queue. I've never seen it, but have heard so many good things!

I had wanted to watch this show! BUT - I gave up TV this year to read more books. :( Maybe in 2009, it will be on DVD and I can see it without commericals. :)
