Miscellaneous comments:
*I knew this read-a-thon would be different from the first three. I just didn't realize how different. I'm having a hard time concentrating. I'm not trying to complain or be melodramatic or anything, but I just miss Dewey so much. So very much.

Wish I could share some of that fruit salad. I was lame this year and just bought two bananas. (fruit can make me gassy). LOL--nothing like a read-a-thon to break out the TMI. :P

*hug* Take care and I hope it gets easier for you to concentrate. :)

You're not alone in missing Dewey, my dear. But remember that she'd want us all to have a great time, okay? *hug*

You sound so well prepared! I'm so not on top of things this morning. I woke up late so I'm trying to jump in and catch up! Good luck with everything.

You are not being melodramatic at all. I mentioned on Chris' site my own regrets about the Dewey connection so I won't rehash that here. All of you with a much closer connection are certainly in my thoughts. I do hope that as the day goes on the spirit of the thing, and her spirit, increases the overall enjoyment of the day.

And if you haven't been over to my site to see Nymeth's response to the comment that "Rich" left, it is truly priceless. Happy reading, I'll check in again later.
