...missing all my wonderful friends immensely, and hoping you'll all remember me when life calms down enough to start blogging again.
...inundated in homeschool prep. Completely buried.
...elated over finishing quarter one's progress report (homeschool paperwork). And a day early at that. And grateful that Rich has volunteered to deliver it to district office tomorrow.
...making numerous lists of holiday prep work to be done. So many lists.
...pleased with the few gifts I've managed to get made so far.
...annoyed that just after I finished up with all my dental work, my front tooth chipped. Pretty big, jagged chip. Boys told me it looks like "an ugly old witch's tooth"...gee, thanks guys. ;)
...missing you all so very much. Yeah, I know I said that already. But it's just oh-so-true. And has me feeling oh-so-sad.
...hoping life is treating you all wonderfully!!!!

Of course we'll still remember you! That's awesome you finished the first progress report. :D You're an awesome mom Debi. I hope you always remember that!
Hurrah for Debi! I wish I could home school my boys, and I'm glad you work so hard with your daughter :). We've been doing our holiday prep work at our house too, so I can sympathize with that! I want to make some gifts this year, but am so bogged by school right ow I haven't gotten around to it yet. I hate term papers, but only because I love them when they're actually meaningful... I can't wait to start hearing from you again :).
We will not forget you :-) I love checking out your blog and reading what you are up to (a lot these days I gather).
Have a great time :-)
Oh Debi I hope your tooth doesn't hurt too much. I hope you didn't hit a nerve or anything. After spending most of my life dealign with broken front teeth, my heart goes out ot you. Hugs.
I am impressed that you have managed to buy gifts already. I am so slow at this. Hope your tooth is sorted soon and not causing you too much trouble.
Yeah Debi, we'll TOTALLY forget you. Who are you again? :P
I hope life calms down soon! *hugs*
Don't you just love those boys!!! Here's to hoping that you can get a breather in sometime!!!
sorry that you are so bogged down...i say it all the time, I don't know how you do it!
wait.. you're the pumpkin lady right? (hehehehe j/k)
Miss you, too! Hope you can get the work under control soon (you know I feel your pain!) and have some time for you!
I'll date myself here, but sing along now, "All I want for Christmas is my two front teeth, my two front teeth..." I'd say that finishing the quarterly report calls for a celebration of sorts, so get at it! I've been cleaning all week (we discussed the three levels of cleaning, remember?), and might even trade you that for your paperwork. Christmas prep (other than buying presents as I encounter things that call out to me) will wait until the Thanksgiving break. And don't feel sad; we'll all be here waiting for you when you feel caught up.
Miss you too, Debi! Hope everyone at home is doing well! {Hugs}
Ugh on the tooth chip, what a pain. And after you'd had other stuff done too, ick.
Please tell me that I read the part wrong about "holiday prep" and "presents I've made". You're kidding, right?! Please say you are :)
Glad all is well, enjoy life, every precious moment of it :)

Despite posting as much (or do I mean as little?) as a usually do, I haven't had much time to blog hop at all. I'm feeling all disconnected from the bloggy world even though I guess I'm not *really.* So, uh, I guess what I'm trying to say is that you're not missing much on my end of the world!
Hope life calms down a bit soon and you get to come out and play with us again! =)
P.S. And see? It's like I said - dentistry begets more dentistry. Horrors! =/
It's not likely that you will be forgotten any time soon!! I've been over here almost daily for a week.
I wish I could homeschool the kids too. But I really do love the kids' school. For example, they've noticed how advanced Ana is in reading (5th grade level in 2nd grade. I'm not at all proud!) So, the teacher is pulling her out of the Reading groups, and creating something more challenging for her. I like that they care!
Sorry to hear about your tooth. Having work done on your teeth sucks!
